Refund Policy
Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Process:
- Log in to your account and initiate a return with a valid reason.
- Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions:
- Refunds are not available for items such as undergarments or products damaged by customer misuse.
- Refunds will not be processed without an unboxing video or if damages occurred during opening with sharp objects.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, submit your claim within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide an unboxing video and photos of the defective product with its original packaging.
- Claims beyond 7 days will not be eligible for refund/replacement.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Process:
- Log in to your account and raise an exchange request.
- Follow the instructions provided to return the item for exchange.
Options:
- You can exchange for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value.
- If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit
Important Notes
- If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, please mention the damage in the descriptions with video.
- Refunds or replacements will not be possible if the damage occurs due to improper handling during opening (e.g., using sharp objects), unless an unpacking video is provided.
